Service Tiers - Details

Monthly Bookkeeping - Tier 1 $299 per month

*CRITERIA:

  • 1 to 3 bank and/or credit card accounts with transactions

  • Low transaction volume in all accounts (accounts must be connected in QBO bank feed)

  • Other criteria determined upon review and discussion

 

*INCLUDES:

  • Updates to QBO Chart of Accounts as required

  • Categorization of auto imported transactions from banks

  • Monthly reconciliation of all accounts

  • Monthly review of primary reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

  • Ongoing communications via email and website chat

  • Two 1-hour phone or video meetings per month

  • 24 hour client response time required to meet target dates​

Monthly Bookkeeping - Tier 2 $499 per month

*CRITERIA:

  • 4 to 6 bank and/or credit card accounts with transactions

  • Medium to High transaction volume in accounts

  • Other criteria determined upon review and discussion

​*INCLUDES:

Everything in Tier 1, plus some or all of the following based on complexity, and determined after review and discussion:

​

  • Data imports, if required, from bank provided .CSV files for multiple accounts (date range not to exceed 12 months for each account)

​​

  • Categorization of transactions from imported files

​​

  • Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/R) reconciliations by month-end journal entries (no day-to-day-matching) ​

*Notes:

1) All the above subject to change upon evaluation of books.

2) All reconciliations are monthly except where specified.

3) Unusual, complex or excessive requirements are not included, and may deem account out of scope for this service.

Clean Up Books - Tier 1 - $399 (one time)

*CRITERIA:​

  • For 1 to 3 bank and/or credit card accounts with transactions: 

  • Low transaction volume in all accounts (accounts must be connected in QBO bank feed)

  • Other criteria determined upon review and discussion

*INCLUDES:

  • Cleanup for transactions in Current OR for1 Past Year (transaction date range not to exceed 12 months for each account)

  • Setup and update QBO Chart of Accounts

  • Connect bank and credit card accounts to get transactions into bank feed

  • Categorization of transactions from bank feed

  • Account reconciliations - Monthly for current year cleanup; annual for past year cleanup 

  • Ongoing communications via email and website chat

  • A one hour meeting at the start for review & info gathering

  • A one hour meeting at end to review primary reports

  • 24 hour client response time required to meet target dates

Clean Up Books - Tier 2 - $599 (one time)

*CRITERIA:

  • 4 to 6 bank and/or credit card accounts with transactions

  • Medium to high transaction volume in accounts
