Requirements, Change and Cancellation Policies
GENERAL REFUND POLICY

MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING SERVICE:
- If Bookkeeping work has begun for month in which cancellation happens, NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given. If Bookkeeping work has not begun for month in which cancellation happens, refund will be given for payment made for that month only, less credit card processing fees charged to VODA Associates LLC. NO refunds or credits will be given for prior months' work completed.
CLEAN UP BOOKS SERVICE:
- NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for Cleanup Books Service cancellations.
RECURRING MEETING SERVICE:
- NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for purchase of Recurring Meeting Service.

1 or 2 Hour Meeting ONE TIME SERVICE meeting:
- NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for purchase of 1 or 2 Hour Meeting ONE TIME SERVICE meetings.

​​REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES - MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING SERVICE

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
​
- Monthly Bookkeeping service may be cancelled by Client at any time, by cancelling service through the Client’s portal at VODAAssociates.com, or by providing written notice to Bookkeeper via email. Once cancelled, the Monthly Bookkeeping service will end on last day of the month that has been paid. No further meetings or services will be provided after that day.
Monthly Bookkeeping service may be cancelled by Bookkeeper at any time, by Bookkeeper providing the Client with14 days’ written notice via email. Service ends14 days after written notice is given. No further meetings or services will be provided after that day.

- Monthly Bookkeeping service requires Service Agreement reviewed and signed by Client and Bookkeeper. Bookkeeping work will start after signed agreement has been received by VODA Associates LLC.

​- Monthly Bookkeeping service requires regular, ongoing client input, with 24 hour response time requested from Client. Delayed responses will result in delayed completion of bookkeeping work and month-end reporting.

- Monthly Bookkeeping service requires regular, scheduled meetings between Client and Bookkeeper. Delayed or postponed meetings will result in delayed completion of bookkeeping work and month-end reporting.

- Clean Up Books service can be postponed if required, but must be completed within 90 days from purchase date. ​

- Clean Up Books service may be cancelled by Client at any time, by cancelling service through the Client’s portal at VODAAssociates.com, or by providing written notice to Bookkeeper via email. Once cancelled, the Clean Up Books service will end on last day of the month in which cancellation happened, or sooner if Client or Bookkeeper requests. No further meetings or services will be provided after that day. NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for Cleanup Books cancellations.

- Recurring Meeting Service can be cancelled at any time by Client or Bookkeeper. Once cancelled, the Recurring Meeting Service will end on last day of the month that has been paid. No further meetings will be held after that day.

- NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for purchase of Recurring Meeting Service.

REQUIREMENTS
- Recurring Meeting Service meetings must be completed in the month paid, and cannot carry over to following months.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
- 1 or 2 Hour Meeting ONE TIME SERVICE may be re-scheduled, but must be completed within 60 days from original purchase date.

- NO full or partial refunds or credits will be given for purchase of 1 or 2 Hour Meeting ONE TIME SERVICE meetings.

- 1 or 2 Hour Meeting ONE TIME SERVICE must be completed within 60 days from original purchase date.

RE-SCHEDULING OF MEETINGS FOR ALL SERVICES
- If unable to keep meeting appointment, the appointment must be re-scheduled 24 or more hours before meeting time.
- To re-schedule:

Log into the VodaAssociates.com Portal

Select "Hello YOURNAME", "Down Arrow"

Select "My Meetings", then "Upcoming"

Select "Manage" next to appointment to change
-
Select "Reschedule" and choose new date and time
- If unable to re-schedule in Portal, send an email or reply to confirmation email you received for the meeting.
