for On Going Guidance & How To's 

*Starting at $199 per month:

  • For business owners who prefer to update and maintain their own books, but would like ongoing  assistance (up to 4 meetings per month)

​​

  • Monthly meetings for questions, guidance and how to's on QuickBooks Online (QBO) topics such as getting started with QBO, correctly using QBO work flows, importing transactions, reconciling bank accounts and other topics​

​​​​

  • $199/month for four hourly meetings per month (Cancel any time; service ends at end of paid month)​

Monthly Bookkeeping and Reporting

*Starting at $299 per month and includes:

  • For business owners seeking ongoing, monthly bookkeeping assistance. (May require One Time Books Clean Up & Organization prior to beginning.)

  • ​Ongoing categorization of transactions from bank account connections

  • Monthly reconciliations of accounts

  • Updates to Chart of Accounts as required

  • Monthly meetings for Q&A and review of primary business reports​

  • Ongoing communications via email and website chat

*Starting at $399 (one time) and includes:​

  • For business owners seeking one time books clean up for current year (or for the prior year -- in preparation for tax filing)

​

  • Review and updating of QBO Chart of Accounts

  • Categorization of transactions from bank connections or imports

  • Annual reconciliations of accounts

  • Review of primary reports upon completion of books clean up

  • Meetings at beginning and end of clean up 

  • Ongoing communications via email and website chat
